I saw this at a casino in Windsor not that long ago. It’s roulette but it’s all done on computer screens. I didn’t get a chance to play it but it looks pretty interesting. Has anyone played virtual roulette and is it the same as the traditional game?

It’s exactly the same, except there is no actual ball and wheel. It’s just virtual. Everything else is the same.

Well it is just a game of chance.  I don’ think that having a real wheel makes a whole lot of difference as long as it uses a random algorithm to choose the winning numbers on it.  I don’t trust computers, but I am sure I would have to try it out if I was in a casino with this new style of roulette.

I can’t say that I’ve seen this form of roulette yet but like the other poster said I would have to try it out. So how do you place your bets on it if its all computerized? Is this a touch screen thing and can multiple players play too?

vIRTUAL ROULETTE IS EVERYWHERE FROM CASINOS TO THE BOOKIES. ITS FUN AND CAN BE QUICKER THAN PLAYING LIVE, BUT I STILL PREFER TO PLAY IT LIVE, I THINK THESE VIRTUAL ONES SEE A PATTERN OF WHERE YOU ARE BETTING.. AND THEN MAKE THE BALL GO ELSEWHERE. SAY IF UR BETTING ON THE 1ST,2ND OR 3RD DOZEN FOR LOTS OF SPINS AND WAGERING A HIGH AMOUNT IT CAN SERIOUSLY STITCH U UP. THATS MY EXPERIENCE ANYWAY. I THINK THE TRICK IS TO SET YOURSELF LIMITS, HIT IT HARD FOR 30 MINS THEN WALK AWAY WHEN YOU’VE MADE UR PROFIT.

One9One9, the key you seem to be looking for is above the shift and under tab on the left hand side of your keyboard. smile

I never played virtual roulette, and I probably will not. I would rather be at a real casino where I can see what is going to so I know it has a harder time being rigged.

Ive played live roulette online where you can see the woman spinning the ball, and let me tell you that is rigged as well.  I’ve seen 1 dozen come up 10 times in a row, they know how to spin the ball to make it land where they want, if roulette is an unbeatable game, why do the casinos try to rig it?!

Roulette is one of the favorite games. Many interesting rules I learned at a random site.
