yes, it´s $130.
$2500 would be too much.
Although there are people who´d pay this amount to any software if there are chances to win.
I personally haven´t used that software.

AP cannot be used on RNG for obvious reasons. RNG cannot be beaten even if they didn’t cheat.

Interesting post. However two points need to be considered:

First - If anyone would have information that allows him or her to
beat roulette, why in the world would that person sell it ???? When you
have a goose that lays gold eggs, why sell the goose ??????  If nothing
else, that fact alone always raises more than enough suspicion to shy
away from any offer that promises such information in return for a fee.

Point number two - Let’s talk about random number generators.
The term RNG is being thrown around freely in numerous postings all over
the Internet and it makes me wonder if many writers really understand
what the term means. The simplest way to define “random” is as follows:

The word “random” implies a complete and total lack of predictability. Period ! 

Random number generators come in only two varieties. Pseudo Random Number Generators ( PRNGs) and True Random Number Generators ( TRNGs).

For a gambler, the casino using PRNGs is a very bad choice.

PRNGs are deterministic ( a given sequence of results can be produced if the starting point is known ) and they are typically periodic ( a sequence of results will eventually repeat itself ).

Both of these characteristics open the possibility for an unscrupulous operator to “manipulate” the results. And although there might be some on-line casinos that are guilty of those practices, it is highly unlikely that any reputable land-based, licensed casino would jeopardize its reputation and operating license by doing so.

It therefore follows that whenever someone claims to have all the test results for every RNG system in every casino, those results only prove that those systems are not truly random. ( Truly random PRNGs are never periodic and never show truly repetitive results.) And therefore it would also follow that it might be wise to not to gamble in those casinos since one cannot be certain of an unbiased truly random outcome.
