Perhaps a stupid question.
Couple a days ago, I went to a casino in Indiana called The Horseshoe. That was the second time in my life in a casino.
I started playing roulete. I had $100 in my pocket but decided to get $25 chips. $75 in my pocket, and $25 for the betting. I started winning. I played 1st-12, 2nd-12, 3d-12 (dont know what is that called). After, about 10 consecutive bets I had $600 in my pocket.

Haven’t lost a single bet.

Then I noticed a guy wearing a suit and a tie. There aren’t meany of people looking like that, especially at 3am, in that place. I figured that that is a pit boss, or how do you call them.
I started panicking, thinking that he thought that I was cheating (not realy shure how can you cheat at roulette). So I stopped playing.
After that I went to another table lost $200,and another $100 at the slots, but I was happy going home with $300 in winnings.

My question is: Can they kick or ban someone out for winning a lot of money(legaly) or have a big streak? And, when will they do that?

you must be lucky cause i dont see how anyone can win playing 1st, 2nd and 3rd dozen, ( 1-12, 13-24, 25-36 ) and only 10 wins and started of with 25, very lucky and no they cant kick you out but they can do other things, like intimidation, as long as you obey by the rules, they cant kick you out ( I dout they would want to if you are up 600. Still dont see how you could be.

Thanks for the reply.
I guess what they say about bigginers luck is true. But I was amazed when I started winning. I was very exited. My hands were shaking. At the end it wasn’t about the money. I just wanted to see for how long could I be winning.
Later I saw that the pit boss was at the table becouse of another guy who was betting large sums of money (couple of tousands at a time),and mostly winning.
But I was very nervous.

I’m not shure I understud you. Are you saying that 1st, 2nd and 3rd dozen don’t pay that much? Becouse I was shure that playing like that is the best chance to win something.

The way I was playing was that I would wait to see what numbers would come out, then bet on the one that didn’t come often or at all. I think that is kind of stupid and simple but it worked that time.

I’ll go and try the same thing again. But I doubt that I’ll have that kind of luck, probably, in my life.

Again, thaks for the reply.

darryn, this is a live casino thread.  Anyways what the hell are you going on about I probably understand comps more than anybody on here.  free comped rooms, meals, tickets to shows, alcohol in the room when you get there.  Rooms that over look the strip and has hot tubs and Jacuzzis.  In room massage’s from little asian named massage parlors that gives a little extra on the side.  Or limo’s picking you up from the airport.  or just for the hell of it tip almost as much as you won.  Have you split tens with 3 doors down playing live not even fifty feet from you.  Are you familiar with $200 dollar dinner’s.  No, when you look at Vegas as place to gamble you lose.  The money to be made is saving in comps.  I could live off of just coupons alone in Vegas.  I wouldn’t need to count cards.  I could take a players cards and put it in the VBJ machines and when I am on a hand that is more advantageous I will take the card out so it reads that I am losing money when I am actually winning money and getting comp points on it.  Dinner is payed for and I have a place to sleep, all on fifty dollars.  Twenty five with coupons.  There is a casino gives me $400 a month just to come and gamble at there casino.  When I get comped rooms I get comped suites for three or more days. okay.  And when I bring floppies like you you would loss more money than I win it is like a bonus to me because they are a little nicer than normal.  There aint nothin about anything in a casino that I know how to do or know about.  So until you get paid to gamble at a live casino stop insulting me.

Step, The Pit boss’s will do that from time to time with winners they see that you have won a handful of money and they want that money back.  He was probably keeping an eye on you to see if you won more.  If you had continued to win he most likely would have come to you asked if you had a players card, then if you did he most likely would have comped you a free meal, after that depending on how much you won, would have asked if you were staying at there hotel tonight if you wern’t staying there or anywhere else he most likely would have comped you a free room.  I was like you the first time I went.  Except I expected to be confronted with pit boss’s and casino security because I was counting cards.  They kept looking at me from time to time and asked if I had a players card.  I said no and they said thats a shame we were going to comp you a free room and meals.  Now since I am known as a counter these days I dont get looked at so they can evaluate my play and give me comps accordingly I get stared down to the point of pitbosses standing next to the dealer looking mean as hell at me.  Now do you want to talk about intimidation or what.

Anyways your play and average bet were probably being evaluated for comps.  But I would not worry at all if your playing $25 a spin it would actually be advantageous for you make small talk with the pit boss’s and get a friendly relationship with them.  The closer you are personally to top casino personal the more likely you are to get bigger comps.  How ever if you were up $600 playing blackjack and betting $25 a hand the attention you would get from the pit would not be friendly.  Your play would be evaluated under suspicion of being a counter.  It is funny how you can win the same amount in one game and the pit be friendly to you yet in another game like blackjack you are marked as a counter and frowned upon, barred, backroomed etc….etc…etc…  Next time you are up like that in roulette and the pit is watching go up to them and ask if your level of play warrants a comped room granted that you have a players card.  Based on the description you gave of your play you would have been comped a room and got a free meal.  Dont be scared to ask the casino for meals, shows, rooms or what ever if your play allows you should always get what you want.

you still chatting to me? I wont ask you anything about that sysytem, do you make a living with online roulette?

They will not kick you out for one lucky streak. But if it continues day after day efter day for some time they will recognize you and start to wonder what you are up to. But not for one time. Then again they can do whatever they will so anything can happen I guess.

I think that casino’s will not trow you out very quickly but in privately owned casino’s they may trow you out if they decide it is better for thier business.  Any owner is still the boss in his or her casino.  But IN The Netherlands the Holland Casino’s ( the staet casino’s CANNOT refuse you for whatever reason ( of course except for cheating but then they will hand you over to the police). As they are state owned they have to legally allow you to play and in fact because it is state owned the winnings are not taxed! ( in contradiction to playing online casino’s which required to winners to pay tax of 29% of all winnings per month if they are higher than 454 euro….)

So anyone who can play VB or any system that makes good money woudl have a safe place to play in a Holland Casino.
Personally I do not like to play in Holland Casino as there are too many obscure figures with stacks of money and often playing multiple tables at the the same time.  The whoel atmosphere is unclassy and I rather sit home playing on-line.

But fact remains that they cannot throw you out for winning, no matter how much you win.

Cheers

Online roulette is also very popular in Australia with many of the internet casino brands directly targeting Australians, resulting in a huge choice of roulette sites available to Australians. CasinoReef recommends Ruby Fortune casino as one of the top online roulette casinos available in AUD. For New Zealanders, CasinoKiwi recommends Jackpot city casino as the most popular choice for new Zealanders playing roulette online.
