you can play this game by yourself, but here is a little strategy you can try.  You and a buddy sit down and one of you bets on even one of you bets on odds, one of you bets high, one bets low.  You can do this by matching each others opposite bets and then making a few random ones on top of these bets. You would be amazed at the fun you can have doing this.

Some good tips for all roulette players.

1. Do not bring money you can’t afford to lose (ie. rent, car payment)

2. Stick to a win/loss goal. Meaning if you tell yourself all you want to do is win $50, then do just that and leave. If you happen to lose, don’t go to the ATM and withdraw more money, you’re just going to lose it. Be disciplined.

3. Stay away from the 5 number sucker bet. This has a house edge of over 7%. Ouch. You’re better off making individual bets on 0, 00, 1, 2 and 3. That brings the house edge back to 5.26%.

4. Play tables that DO NOT have the 00. This lowers the edge down to 2.63%.

5. Ask if the table has the “en prison” rule and “surrender” on even money bets. This brings the house edge down even more to about 1.8%. For single 0 wheels.

6. Relax, don’t get greedy. Win some money. And just have fun!

the other day i was reading on a forums about the diference of gamblers and pro players, and its that we all want to have the most fun posible, so we could forget about the technicals of the game, for now i dont need a reason like getting more money to play i just want to play, so what i been doing is leaving it on basics and then using some variations to the strategy, the variation im using right know is based on this site roulette strategy site i found a while ago.
