My wife and I were in Lake Tahoe a few years ago and I was sitting at the Let It Ride table when I glanced over and saw my wife sitting at the roulette table with someone who looked very familiar. At this point, my luck had run dry so I got up and walked over to my wife who was sitting next to this guy and I leaned over and told her that he looked familiar. She said he is an actor and starred in Jawanna Man. Miguel Nunez Jr is his name but I had never seen that movie before and I told her to ask him if he was in a show about Vietnam and he said yes he was in one of my favorite shows of all time Tour of Duty!

He was there with his wife and kids because he was helping Harrahs open up a new Club that night. It was cool because he was betting 5 dollar chips like they were pennies while my wife was betting 1 dollar chips. He was nice enough to give us an autograph and sat and talked to me about the show. A very nice man for sure!

That’s pretty cool! I’ve never seen any celebs at the casino’s. I think I would be too nervous to talk to them and just be like one of those crazy fans that just sit and stare.

I saw that movie Juwanna Man and you weren’t missing anything. That would be cool to see an actor at a casino and gamble with them. I think I might be a little embarrassed with the amount I would be betting compared to what they would be betting.

I have never ran into any celebrities at the casinos, at least that I know of.  I know that many will wear a crazy getup so people will not recognize them as easily.  I may have seen one in disguise, but not that I can think of.

I have never met a star at the tables before, but I am not one to jeer and stare at these guys, so I don’t feel like I am missing anything.  I would like to meet a couple actors, but not while I am gambling.

Wow, what a place to run into a celeb, lol. I’m sure he WAS betting those chips like they were nothing. Must be nice!
