So I suppose you are telling me that there are no way of beating the game of roulette in the long run? Furthermore, if I understand what you’re telling me only in the short run can profit be made and therefore one should leave when being ahead of the game because eventually the house will take you down? I’m sorry but when I meant that I agreed with you 1000% was concerning the discipline that any player must go trough in order to succeed. In fact I don’t see the point of playing roulette if you know that the more you will play, the more you’ll be exposed to the house hedge and the more you’ll lose. What I was trying to say when talking of discipline is that if you have a reasonable system, STICK TO IT! When you’re up don’t get greedy, and when you’re down don’t start betting crazy….Just follow your plan and leave your emotions at the door. So in other words, my question is still unanswered… Can we beat the game of roulette with standard deviation? I’m guessing no of course but still I would like to hear a proper explanation. Thanks
To leave the game a winner does not mean you stop playing and except the
winnings you have. It means you stop that particular session and take a break
maybe drink a beer and start again fresh. Starting again fresh will be like
round 2 of a fight. You may start each round at many different tables and
casinos during a night of gambling. Some you will loose but with your discipline you will
control your losses. With your discipline you will also maximize your winning. Once you
have the control you will relish in it. You will find yourself looking for an opportunity
to get away from the table and retain your winnings. In another thread here I explain this.
There are rules that must be self inflicted that will guarantee you will retain winnings.
YOU CAN control what’s important when playing. It involves a style you must develop
and adhere to.
Sorry man but seriously you have no idea about vb.
First of all. Rotor speed does not matter because we time that first. Ball speed does not matter either because we look for a specific time in a spin that is constant from spin to spin. In other words we look for the same amount of rotations away from the ball drop in every spin. (In other words we might be looking at 6 rotations before the ball drops. That would be in every spin)
We will find a target number yes. And we will find a Strike number yes. We will also allow for scatter. Pretty simple mate. Not so simple for everyone to apply.
mark thinks 5 numbers are a waste of time i beg to differ. With a decent scatter chart 5 numbers for me are perfect. That would be one number and the 2 numbers either side of it. Flatbetting. I get between 2-3 hits from 7 spins. That with playing ponies, enough for me. Sometimes more of a battle but what is an hour or two extra between friends. As long as conditions are suitable, no problem.
As far as computers go. I’m no expert with computers. I have never owned one and most probably never will. I know that there are 4 suppliers that I know of. Sure there are more. they are Stefano Hormouzis, Mark Howe (Mark in post above), Jafco roulette and Forester. All of these guys have some type of computer for sale. All except for Jafco seem to be in a bit of a marketing war. To be honest i couldn’t care less about their differences. I tell you though especially between Stefano and Mark there is particular mudslinging. As far as legality of computers. I’m afraid there are plenty more countries where it is illegal to use any kind of electronic device in gaming. Also in other countries where it is legal the casinos police themselves. If you are caught you will be profiled and your pic will be distributed among casinos World wide guarranteed. Forget about playing roulette again. If however you go this way good luck to you. I have no problem with computers although I definately won’t use them.
The part where casinos will ban you for winning too much. Personally I still have to witness that. Only guys I ever saw banned were stealing chips of the table. I saw a guy winning 200K one day the next day he won 75K. His Bankroll is 8K. He is still around, nobody has banned him yet. Casinos make sooooooo much that the occasional winners are no problems. After all they are actually good advertisements and entice other players to try again and again and again. If you had to take the 2,7% house edge alone one wheel easily rakes in 200K + per day. Now imagine having 20 wheels operating. Of which some are $10 wheels instead of $5. Also don’t forget that casinos have the high roller tables too. So you are pretty insignificant if you come and win your 5K a day.
Except for all the above, these wheels win more than the 2,7% house edge. Simply because of blind betting and greed. How many times have you seen a guy with 5k Bankroll going up to 8 or 10. Does he stop? Noooooo. He goes on until he leaves with nothing. I heard someone mention a while back, people are not addicted to gambling, they are addicted to loosing. Simply because they will stay there until all is lost.
Actually, good things come to those who wait. This is great, everyone here seems to have a level of skill concerning Roulette. I really am impressed with all of you on this thread. VB is a thing I have not looked into. However, I am very aware of jafco’s techniques. Its like this, we all live on the same block, we all take a trip to Walmart in our own vechicles , believe it or not we all have our own speical way of getting there, a way that works for us, and we all try to reach our destination, safely…....Feel free to check out my thread, 1,000 spin challenge, God bless you all…..DSLEEP, 27, Vicksburg, MS
The math calculation of the running ball consists of these variables:
1. Mass of ball
2. Friction
3. Diameter of circle track
4. Initial speed
5. Initial location (quadrant)
And most of these variables are unpredictable and can not be calculated instantly on the table where you play. Instead of doing the maths, there are still other make sense strategies to try.
Sorry guys, I…......well, .....huhhh…I think you guys are wrong about this one thing I told myself not to elaborate on…...Mind me now, documentation and data extraction is very, very important.(compare and contrast what is possible and that of which is impossible) “...Is it true that man can create a thing that only God can destroy?..” For anyone to believe there is no long-term solution to a very specific man made game such as Roulette will also agree it is impossible for a long-term solution to ever be deployed. I’ve seen and documented over one million hands, ONE BY ONE. The radius of the wheel and it’s realm of chance can only go so far!..........inevitable patterns, true enough. However, only forty locations the ball will eventually come to rest at , including (on the table, or on the floor….). There is a cycle that I have come across, a cycle that must take place on every fair Roulette wheel and software in the world, biases or not. ” Is there not one flaw for every man made creation?...” Probability is one of those man made pests, full of reasonable calculations and mathematical opinions that remain simply inadequate to the measure of Roulette and the chance it exploits. How many has ever made it to the moon?. There are only a few in the world that no what I am trying to share with you. “Seek, and you shall find…................................................” DSLEEP, 27, Vicksburg, MS
Your 35 year experience vs your lack of comprehension adds up to only one reality, you will not change, I mean, how could you?
How can you compare to one that has done more home work, and is more driven…....“Even the greatest minds in the world disagree”. Iam not that cocky. Hell, I admire your expertise and 35 year rain. Just be careful not to tell a person which turns to take because they work for you. I have a solution I wish I can discuss with others, on the other hand I think its best to keep it to my self….............................. DSLEEP, 27, Vicksburg, MS
Numbers, numbers, numbers. many ways to play them. How ever you do, practice first. The fastest rate of pay is all in the numbers, also the highest risk factor. If your the lucky type, play numbers. Never use your bill money. If you really had to, some outside methods will work when nothing else does…............... you know who,
There are many factors which will ultimately affect where the ball drops, but they do not all have to be measured individually. This seems to be a daunting task which deters many from exploring roulette prediction methods, but the whole process can be made a whole lot simpler than that. Granted, it is not a simple task by any means, but not quite so difficult as I believe most think it is.
When I play roulette, I like to use comparables. What I mean by this is, I study various factors such as wheel and ball speed, and wheel orientation at certain moments during the ball spin, and I compare these to past events to determine the effect they will have on ball drop. This is very effective, and not all that difficult to do. Ill give you an example of what I did last night:
Usually I play with my team of 4 players, and we go to the same wheel each week, however, two of us were sick…so I decided to play solo. When I play solo, I have been favoring one of the air ball automated roulette machines in a local casino simply because of the ease of betting for a single player. Its all touch screen, and you can litereally touch the number on the wheel layout that you predict the ball will drop, and drag your finger in the direction of the ball scatter. All of the numbers your finger drags across will be bet straight up with your pre-selected unit. Its great…really fast, you can wait till the last minute if need be as there is a timer to NMB, then you can place any bet in mere seconds…I love it for this feature.
Back to the story. When I play on this machine, I play very unconventional as compared to a live dealer wheel, but I still use comparables. This paticular machine has a huge flaw, in my opinion….it used the same ball, launched from the same point in the wheel, and traveling at the same speed….every single spin. The speed may vary by a second or two from spin to spin, but this is not intentional….the variations are minute, but they do cause some variance in the outcomes. I exploit this flaw by using what I like to call comparables to predict the drop point. Let me say also, that this wheel has a dominant drop….it drops in the same area of the wheel every single spin…without exception! This is a wheel clockers dream come true.
what I have done prior to playing, is collected the following data: I have recoreded the various wheel speeds(time to a complete rotation using dominant drop as reference point), I have recorded also the various ball speeds(ball is launched the same each time, with minute fluctuations of +1/2 to 1 second between spins…using same reference point). Now, the moment the ball is launched, I wait for it to pass over my reference point, and at this moment I look at which number is beneath it. This is my reference number. I will say that for this application, I use a stop watch wrist watch…concieled under my sleeve. I never do this, but this required precise timing.
Now, I have created a chart with a list of various wheel speeds, and a list of the various ball speeds. I time the wheel and ball speed from the very first rotation, and then I compare where the ball drops in relation to my “reference number”, or the intesection of the ball and the wheel at my reference point on the first rotation. I collect a large sample of these results with various wheel and ball timings and their resulting drop point in relation to the reference number for that spin…and I keep on collecting. I now have my list of comparables. I like to call this my “blueprint”, and I use a similar method which is outlined in my roulette system with other wheels.
Once I have a sufficient list of data, I simplify it….I label the various ball and wheel timings using A and B and C ...etc. labels. Then I simply watch…...when I am ready to play, I have two options: I can wait for the spin, then get my wheel and ball timings…which takes seconds, then find it on my chart, and bet in accordance and in relation to my reference number. And I can do this with each spin, using my chart as a reference each time, Or I can do what I always do…and what I recommend in this type of scenerio…and that is only bet on the most Ideal spin. That is, the spin which offers the best ball scatter. I choose the best spin from my list, and wait for it. When it comes around, I bet accordingly. I get about 1 bet every 10-15 minutes using this method, but each bet is a winner. This method is extremely precise…I dont mind sharing it with everyone because it is specific to my wheel….but you can use similar methods on your wheels as well, you just have to adapt them to fit.
I must stress that the conditions surrounding this wheel are very rare….I have never found a wheel which was more predictable…and I dont expect it to last long. I keep my winnings to about 2-300 a session, and call it a night….once a week. This is in addition to my weekly play with my teammates…and thats it. I always try to fly below the radar, and I dont use roulette to pay my bills…I am a roulette dealer, and I love it. I hope this gives you some ideas as to how to interpret wheel data and use it to your advantage. Using comparables is a great way to go…but does require a lot of prep, and calculation, and observation….but then again…roulette prediction methods all require this….good luck.—-Brian
Well i find “VB Meister” being a good sign with common sense.
I would not recommend any one to buy them self a working Roulette Computer.
That is the fast and dangerous way, with out learn so much about the game it self.
Should also back up what VB Meister mention before with my own words.
Yes you can succeed and make 50K using a good Roulette Computer.
But once you are caught that is the end of story.
Think before you make up your mind.
I would say it exist material that you can buy for money and learn visual ballistic.
Witch would at least will give you some good insight and show you the way to become semi professional.
First i would recommend you to buy Laurance Scott Volume 2.
It will give you one great simulation/anylazing software witch you will need.
You can skip Volume 1.
Second i would recommend you to buy Jafco Roulette complete package.
Basic overall information, but with some crucial missing parts.
Third i would recommend MastersRoulette material.
It is great and will give you the missing parts that Jafco don’t provide.
Whit this material you would learn the basics about 123 pin game.
How to estimate the ball, key revolution/knee point with or with out thumper.
Everything take time and effort and spending money on necessary things.
But this is just a scratch on the surface as there is so many other things you have to learn.
This is just my personall view on how i would recommend a newbie entering a new world with new insight.
Everybody has an opinion…here is mine….In my humble opinion a CROUPIER cannot place a ball in a specific #‘s slot. In fact, it is my opinion it’s impossible for them to pick which half of the wheel it will fall in with any accuracy. Can he/she pick a color? What a joke! Is there such a thing as dealer signature? Yes with pen and paper. If you ask them in advance which color he/she will hit and they hit it, believe me it’s dumb luck. Well, we should not say dumb, after all the croupier is not gambling, we are. Allow me to get what I believe is a myth over with once and for all. Please try to realize how many openings there are? Do you realize how small a targeted number is? Do you realize that HUNDREDS of things interfere and change EACH spin’s result? After each spin the CROUPIER picks up the ball and turns the wheel. The wheel turns one way at different push rates and declining speeds. The ball is spun at different times in the opposite direction at different push rates and it’s speed declines. No two pushes of the ball and no two pushes of the wheel could be exactly the same or accurate. In most cases, the CROUPIER does not even look at the wheel, so how could they time when to push the ball. Then, there are all those pesky diamonds (canoes) that the ball hits and bounces off as it declines and before it decides to drop in a slot. Then, it slows down only to again hit many other obstacles, the metal sides of the #s (called Frets). Even a piece of dust on the wheel or skin oil from the Croupier’s fingers would slow the ball. Spin on ball such as back spin, forward spin, left or right spin, or even a combination of any two of these can change where the ball drops as much as 1 revolution in either direction. An unleveled wheel will change the results. Live Casino Roulette is totally and absolutely random. Of course that is just my humble opinion.
