I have just joined your forum, you guys are quite lively and interesting. My Hat no cattle approach is to observe and comment via snide remark on occasion. I'm 70 yrs old and have been playing the game since I was 22 when I got out of the Marine Corps.

You see and learn a lot just by sizing up a table, 10 minutes or so...the same with forums. I was taught this game by a guy and gal team. Interesting couple, there goal daily was 200.00, that was a long time ago. My goal is not quite the same. I practice every day, I gamble once a week. That's 7 to 1...any comments are appreciated, good bad and real ugly.

Thank you for letting me look in the fish bowl here...I see mostly piranha...very few goldfish left . I enjoy every word from every one. Thank you and Happy New year to all. In my case I'm happy just to wake up.

Welcome Ronald Prince and thank you for your service to the Republic.

This forum tolerates a diversity of opinions on craps and sometimes conversations get heated...

...much like the Yankee v. Dodgers debates of our youth. But at the end of the day...'it don't mean nothing'.

It is after all, it's all about craps.

ps good to know the new member registrations are once again working. Thanks ttptb.

Thank you for the gracious reply and welcome !
I was in the Marines. I spent my Marine Corps life as a machine gunner
In the bowls of Jane FONDA LAND FOR A TOTAL
3yrs 7 months and 26 days... I was extended every 6 months after my first tour.
I also was a lead balloon crossing every river and had to be pulled across every river,
I sank every time. I was the only marine issued a divers mask aas standard issue....LOL

I served in II corp just below you. As a coxswain in the Army's Navy, drove a PBR, mostly harbor security not the daily search and destroy you guys did.

After a few years I'm still a novice player. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do and best wishes for a Happy New Year.

I must tell you my friend
it is practice / you could never hit the target without practice. Remember that first bullseye? Made you feel real good ! Practise on the red square of the cardboard.
Then start workin on a set. It will take you 3 months at 4 hours a day....then just go fo the meat and potatoes / size up the table / decision / do or dont /make a 26 inside bet/ 36 is better / press 2x / 3rd time downwn all place 6 and 8 inside 6.00 each. Play til head pops with sweat...walk away
